U. S. Coast Guard Auxiliary, Division 2, District 13, Seattle, Washington

Great Northern Area Training Session (GNATS) is upon us!

Picture for Great Northern Area Training Session (GNATS) is upon us!

This is a once a year opportunity for Auxiliarists from Division 1, 2, 3, and 4 to get together to share debriefs from the year’s activities, new ideas, training and of course fellowship. Making the connections at GNATS will help you to understand how to get those plumb Auxiliary assignments you have been wanting to do.

Please make every effort to attend this fantastic opportunity to meet and re-acquaint with Auxiliarists who share our northwestern portion of Washington and have a great time to boot. As you may be aware, this event is usually held in the Spring but as a result of the Hood Canal Bridge Closure last March it has been pushed to the Fall. Let’s show everyone what a great, involved and pro-active division we are here in King County but over whelming their anticipated registration numbers.

Make you registration now (attached) to spend the weekend in beautiful Oak Harbor on Whidbey Island. Take the boat, RV, car or ride share with me…just get there!

Semper Paratus,
