Greetings D-13 Members!

My name is Scott Stringer, I am the FSO-PA and SO-PV upcoming in 2010. I have been asked to coordinate the 2010 Boat Show (click link for more info)

This is a monumental task considering the outreach to do to reach all members in D13 and a task that re-defines logistics to a new meaning!

I am very pleased to do this and will do all that I can to ensure that every Auxiliarist in 130 has the opportunity and invitation to participate in this exciting event, even if only to drop by our Booth and say, "Hello."

Besides this post I have been e-mailing all members in 130, though gmail only allows me to send 500 in a 24 hour period. I am about 2/3rds done! We have a lot of people in D-13!

I have also made a post at the “The Maritime Information Initiative.” If you do not have access to that link please let me know and I will send you info on how to create an account. It is for all of 130.

This is going to be a very exciting event that will provide many opportunities for Auxiliarists! So there are many staffing positions available at the Auxiliary Booth for those who wish to participate.

Among them are :

  • Break Down Crew Breaks Down Display after event. Time TBD

I will then send you the link for the online spread sheet we are using to coordinate the event as soon as the staffing list is complete.

We will also be posting an online Watch Stand calendar for people to access and insert the times they wish to staff the event.
