REYR Status

The REYR list has been posted and several members' currency has been pulled for various reasons. If you are in this position please work with the appropriate Flotilla Staff Officer for the area involved (Operations, Vessel Exam, or PE/MT) and your Flotilla Commander. Because of our close physical proximity to the District Office it's tempting to simply get on the phone to DIRAUX (or visit them in person) to attempt to resolve such issues. PLEASE DON'T. Please work through the chain of leadership and management as outlined above. If the problem can't be rectified at the Flotilla Level, the FC will apprise the Division Captain of the problem and it will be taken care of from that point.

Homeland Security Masters Degree

Auxiliarists are eligible to apply for a free Homeland Security Masters Degree program.

ICS100 course online at AUXeTRAIN

ICS100 online test Click on Incident Command System Course Exam. Take this online test even if you take the FEMA IS100 course.  Before you take the Auxiliary test, print out the basic Auxiliary course and keep it for reference during the test (it's open book so you are not cheating). Notification to DIRAUX and AUXDATA is automatic when you take the Auxiliary test, but be sure to send your FC and FSO-MT a copy of your test score.

FEMA Independent Study ProgramThis site provides links to all FEMA ISC courses and on-line exams available on the Internet.

FEMA Virtual Campus - Getting Started PDF Guide on how to get started on ICS courses through FEMA's virtual campus. Note that FEMA's IS100 is the ICS100 course and their IS200 is the ICS200 course.

If you have problems getting the FEMA courses to run make sure you have your popup blocker turned off. Also, if you have a firewall on your computer, it might prevent the course from starting. In that case, you will need to configure the firewall or turn it off. Finally, check the Getting Started document to make sure you have the correct version of Java installed. If you do not have the correct version of Java, your test score will never be transmitted to FEMA.

FEMA Virtual Campus Login Once you've registered for FEMA's virtual campus login and work on your courses. For all FEMA courses be sure to send DIRAUX, your FC and your FSO-MT copies of your test scores.
